BEAD Letter of Intent
After new BEAD guidance was issued by NTIA on June 6, 2025, BEAM has reopened the Letter of Intent process for providers. The links below for the LOI Guide and other resources are available to help you through this process. Please email msbead@beam.ms.gov with any questions.
Below is an initial guide for internet service providers to use as they prepare to submit letters of intent for the BEAD program. Please note that this guide is subject to updates and revisions as listed on the second page of the document. This site will be updated accordingly and each version will note the publication date. The Letter of Intent acceptance period is now open.
